Se parte de la evolución tecnológica que está transformando las aduanas y el comercio exterior
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
OBJETIVE
The workshop will offer a space to learn about the different technological levels of users and providers of available electronic platforms, systems, and tools that:
1) Enable the efficient processing of customs operations
2) Guarantee the integrity of warehouse entry and exit controls and inventories
3) Manage processes with interfaces to and from other information sources, document traceability and classification, and the safeguarding of evidentiary materials
4) Customer and supplier validation and risk management
5) Control Towers that centralize information, monitor operations, and coordinate the supply chain (orders, purchases, sales, warehousing and inventories, deliveries, production, finance, and foreign trade), providing traceability, materiality, and resource management for business activity.
There will also be an opportunity to present visions for the future framed within Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies with the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This will allow participants to strengthen their companies' capabilities in managing documentary information on customs valuation, shipment traceability, materiality of operations, and conformity of invoiced goods with those declared in the customs declarations.
