CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
Thank you for your interest and trust in participating in our specialized workshop on Customs Electronic Systems for International Trade Users.
In order to ensure proper logistical and administrative organization of the event, we would like to share our registration, cancellation, and refund policies:
1. Registration Confirmation
Registration for the workshop will be confirmed once the corresponding payment has been made and the participant's proof of payment has been received.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests may be made within the first 15 calendar days following the registration payment date.
If cancellation occurs within the established period, the corresponding refund will be issued, deducting 20% of the total amount paid for administrative, operational, and tax expenses.
The refund is subject to the receipt of the corresponding tax receipt (invoice) and the proper submission of the documentation required for the administrative process.
Once the 15-calendar-day period after payment has elapsed, no cancellations or refunds, whether total or partial, of the registration will be possible.
